The Human Capital Development Program is not only aimed at providing the human resources needed for Marine-based development, but also for social growth and development and talent development, which is productive of job creation and entrepreneurship in Marine-based development.
This program is carried out in four stages to provide the human resources needed by Marine businesses:
Understanding the applicant’s business, mission and goals, and organizational culture;
Understanding the applicant’s desired job position and consulting on competitive salaries and wages;
Collaboration in preparing a list of required jobs and searching for candidates in the network of colleagues;
Accurate selection of candidates in the interview process and introducing the top candidates to the applicant.
However, after these four stages, the center continues to be in direct contact with the applicant, accompanying the organization in three stages of the human resources life cycle, including familiarization (first day, first week, first month, first 90 days), training (discovering talents and developing competencies) and retention (increasing job satisfaction and creating organizational commitment).
This program also includes personal development for Marine business professionals and enthusiasts, often provided free of charge or at low cost, and using volunteers for this purpose. Coaching programs, free personality tests and personal development consulting, introduction to active organizations and companies are among the measures included in this program. The main goal of this program is to develop human capacities for entrepreneurship and the development of new businesses in the Marine economy.
