The marine development program is pursued by the center in collaboration with the government, industry stakeholders, and entrepreneurs:

Consulting on governance and policy-making and marine economics;
Creating a marine database and developing standards for monitoring the ecosystem of marine businesses;
Monitoring progress towards a blue economy and developing environmentally friendly marine industries;
Solving the problems of marine development in Iran with an emphasis on people-based development of coastal areas;
